Chris Cowan and Eleanor Bryson are the founder members and company directors of Loudmouth Education and Training. Eleanor takes a focus on the financial, sales and business side of the company whilst Chris focuses on the marketing and programme development. They still deliver a lot of the company’s training work and plan to carry on playing young people characters for as long as they can get away with it!
Caroline Bridges is our Operations Manager and the person most people who book with us deal with. Professional and efficient with a scarily fast work rate, Caroline has grown with the company and handles the project management and organisation of the company’s work.
Matthew Farmer and Liz Baker are our Senior Actor / Facilitators. They are very experienced in working a wide variety of settings and deliver both the theatre in education work with young people and the personal and profesional development training with adults. Matt is our most experienced serving actor / facilitator whilst Liz supplements her Loudmouth work with voluntary work at local pupil referral unit and her commitment to working with hard to reach young people has made her our resident ‘PRU Queen'. Both Matt and Liz have great feedback on being calm, friendly and fun. Ask them about the Christmas decorations in their van complete with nativity in the glovebox!
Our other team is made up of Janaya Alcock and David Snook. Although they had never met before they worked together, they are both from Liverpool giving us our first scouse Loudmouth team. Janaya and David will be touring Trust Me and My Mate Fancies You in schools and youth clubs across the UK.
Rupi Lal has been with Loudmouth since the summer of 2007 and has adpated well with such confidence that we have to keep reminding ourselves that he hasn’t been here for years. Our newest recruit is Julie Comber. Julie joined the company this summer and has fitted in really well to the point that she and Janaya now share a flat making it the first 'Loudmouth' pad.
Louise Green is our administrator and joined the company in the summer of 2007. Louise has settled in very well and seems to absorb new information and instructions with almost unnatural ease. Louise’s role is to support Caroline in the smooth running of operations.
