Flexibility

We offer a range of tried and tested formats that can work for different needs, lengths and group sizes. Ring us on 0121 446 4880 and we can help you choose the option that will work the best for you and your learners.

All our programmes are given age ranges based on the content and the issues covered. They are researched and developed to make sure that they are always age appropriate and relevant to the target group. We recommend you choose which of the year groups within the age range works best for you. However, we understand that depending on the needs of your learners you may prefer a programme usually recommended for a different age range. Give us a call on 0121 446 4880 as we are happy to discuss the best programmes for your group.

Bookings

We take bookings for up to a year ahead and tend to get booked up about half a term in advance. It’s best to book your session/s as far in advance as possible as this gives you a wider choice of dates and we’re more likely to be able to give you the specific date/s you might need. We occasionally have the odd date available at short notice.

Yes, any of our programmes are available to book in bulk and there is no restriction on when the sessions have to take place as every one of our programmes is available all year round. We manage every aspect of the tour administration at no extra cost and can provide a comprehensive evaluation report.

Class sized sessions start from £600 + VAT each and drop down days for whole year groups range from £715 + VAT to £1,800 + VAT depending on the number of learners. For sessions outside the Midlands areas we may need to add petrol at 45p per mile and accommodation/subsistence costs but please contact us for a chat if you require a more accurate quote.

Our work is designed to provide high value for money but if cost is an issue, then please call us and we will do our best to find a solution. If you can be flexible with your dates and can book during our quieter periods or last minute then we can usually work something out. We will work with you to find you the best deal and quality we can offer.

Other Questions

Of course. You are welcome to come and see a session in another school/venue before you commit to booking us in. We run around 900 sessions a year so there are always plenty of sessions for you to go and see in a variety of educational settings.

Yes, we may also be developing sessions on issues that aren’t covered on our website. If you have funding then we can even create new programmes or adapt existing ones. Got something in mind then ring us on 0121 446 4880.

We are not able to offer work experience placements at the moment.
